Grade 7 Downtown

Our grade 7 students have earned the privilege of going downtown for lunch tomorrow Friday October 2nd.

Over 10 supervising teachers will be downtown monitoring the kids.

The following have been stated to the grade 7 students

- All school rules apply downtown.
- The students are allowed between Regent (Tim Hortons) and York Street (as far as Jack’s Pizza) and only on King and Queen streets. Students cannot walk or hang out on Brunswick Street.
All students must cross at the set of lights between Brunswick and Regent to go downtown and get back to the school (on the school side only--- a supervisor will be there for safety).
- Police and Kings Place Security have been alerted. – Students are not to take the elevators at Kings Place.

Cafeteria services will still be available for students who did not earn the privilege of going downtown or who simply wish to stay at the school.
Thank you

Pierre Plourde
Principal
George Street Middle School
