Grade 6 Immunizations

This year in the province of NB, students in grade 6 will receive a vaccine against Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis or whooping cough. Public Health nurses will be holding an immunization clinic at our School on March 27th , 2008.
Each student in grade 6 received an information package to take home for parental consent. The consent portion of the pamphlet should be completed and returned to the student’s teacher by Friday February 29th, 2008. This should be sent back even if the student is not being immunized. It is important that your child eats breakfast on the day of the immunization.
There is a phone number in the letter that you can call if you require further information.
Thank you
